Due to the personal nature of our products and to ensure hygiene standards, Scent Split does not accept returns or exchanges on decanted fragrance samples. We recommend purchasing a smaller size before committing to a full bottle to ensure the scent meets your expectations.
Return Process

Once approved, a replacement for the damaged product will be shipped at no additional cost, or a store credit will be issued to your account.
