Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, absolutely. We only source original bottles directly from authorized retailers or the brands themselves. We never use fakes, copies, or diluted versions; we simply decant the genuine scent into smaller, more affordable sprayers.
What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller glass vial or spray bottle filled with a specific amount of fragrance from an original manufacturer's bottle. This allows you to sample high-end perfumes at a fraction of the cost of a full bottle.
How long will my sample last?
A 2ml sample typically provides about 30 sprays, a 5ml sample provides approximately 75 sprays, and a 10ml bottle offers around 150 sprays. Depending on your usage, even a small sample can last several weeks.
How do you ship the fragrances to prevent leaking?
We use medical-grade sterile pipettes for transferring scents and seal every vial with high-quality laboratory film (Parafilm) to ensure an airtight seal. All orders are then cushioned in bubble wrap for safe transit.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on decants. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there was an error in fulfillment, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
